Machinery
We own two 'Wood-Mizer' bandsaws. Both mills let us turn the logs. This helps us cut out stress and tension from the log and get the most out of it. We also have a 1.8m portable chainsaw slabbing mill that lets us slab down the big wood we can't lift out. Our large ripping saw can cut and quarter logs up to 3m wide, which means we can handle those huge trees and lift them out.
Firewood
You can buy dry firewood in one tonne bags. Our dry firewood mix includes Macrocarpa, Douglas fir, Cedar, Lawson Cyprus, Redwood, Oak, Poplar, Elm, and several sub species.
